Speaker: Philippine Archbishop Oscar Cruz.

Part of the investigation involves accusations that Dr Arroyo’s husband, and a presidential ally, have been involved.

On Friday, around 10,000 people gathered in Manila’s financial district calling for the President’s resignation. And on Sunday, more than 4-thousand people, including former president Corazon Aquino, attended a special mass for one of the whistleblowers in the ZTE scandal, Rodolfo Lozada.

Adam Connors spoke to Philippine Archbishop Oscar Cruz and asked him why Mr Lozada was staying in a Catholic school.
