Hey Penny, the W'town ferry lands directly on the pier in front of all the action. Check out the map above: click the satellite view and zoom in to see it.

Also see the timetable at <a href="http://www.williamstownferries.com.au/" target="new" rel="nofollow">www.williamstownferries.com.au</a>

Note that a cab only cost about $25 from the city anyhow, and ferries to St Kilda only run Sat/Sun.

Hi Amy, the Como in Sth Yarra is great to explore Melbs. Stay there for the majority of the time, but wedding night is definitely worth staying in Williamstown 'cause it's a bit of a journey back to Sth Yarra. The Como's on Chapel St! Best people watching in Melbs.

Hi Adam

My husband and I will probably stay at a Mirvac hotel and were tossing up between Quay West in Southgate or the Como in South Yarra. What do you think is a better area to stay in as we will probably hang about for a few days and explore?

Looking forward to seeing you as it has been ages and meeting your wife to be.

See you guys!
