Large typhoon set to strike Manila

The Philippines government has activated its emergency plans as Typhoon Rammasun, also known as Typhoon Glenda, bears down on eastern coastal areas heading toward the capital, Manila.

As Adam Connors reports, parts of the Philippines are still recovering from Typhoon Haiyan – one of the largest storms known to have made landfall in history.
