The South Korean president, Park Geun-hye, has met with Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi to discuss relations between the two countries.
While the they discussed North Korea’s possible military might, in Pyongyang hundreds of thousands of North Koreans took part in a parade to mark the 65th anniversary of the country’s founding.
