But there is a huge range of nations in South America whose food is distinctively their own, and some of the tastiest comes from Colombia.
Frank Torres is the owner of a Colombian restaurant in central Melbourne, and he left the confines of Mexican cuisine to bring his nation’s tastes to the Australian menu.
