The Philippines is on high alert as the super typhoon that’s already devastated parts of Palau heads towards it.
On the small Palauan island of Kayangel, authorities have confirmed more than sixty people who ignored emergency warnings are safe.
But their homes have been destroyed after the eye of the storm passed directly over them.
