Inspired by holiday road trips, this week’s dreamy selection features Metric’s Emily Haines, Brisbane’s Katanak and Sydney’s Jerome Blazé, new Spacey Jane from Perth, and a classic ’90s Straitjacket Fits number from NZ.

Lots of local this week with Brisbane’s Golden Vessel, Major Leagues, and Clark Fable. Perth’s world-renowned Tame Impala and Methyl Ethyl. And Sydney’s Nick Ward features twice in this very Smiths selection.

We’ve three Melbourne artists in Augie March, Courtney Barnett, and brand new Bel Kil this week. Ball Park Music represents the locals, new Dope Lemon and Ry X from the New South.

It’s a very British-centric collection this week as Adam explores the bounce, introversion, and just plain lovely edges of the isles. Also hits-up Melbourne’s Icecream Hands and Toowoomba’s Cardboard Cutouts.

This week Adam’s shocked to find that kookaburras sound great in a dance track. There’s also new music from Melbourne’s Press Club, older stuff from Sydney’s The Presets, and Brisbane’s The John Steele Singers.
